Origines
Our Grandparents
Owners of a farm with a sugar bush, our grandparents harvested maple syrup and organized sugar shack meals where family, neighbors, and friends gathered.
1998
Breath of Fresh Air
Our uncle and father acquired their own sugar bush in the Laurentians. After tapping maple trees and building their sugar shack, they collected their first barrels of syrup.
2000s
Evolution and Innovation
Our father continues the adventure alone, developing the company with passion. From traditional wood-burning stoves to modern equipment, he blends artisanal knowledge and innovation.
